ABRAM SNELGROVE

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Abram Snelgrove of Lower Isd Cove Bay de Verde made this 12^th day of April 1927 and by this I annul all other wills and Testaments made by me.
Being possessed of all my reasoning faculties but weak in body I wish to dispose of all my worldly goods chattels house and lands whatsoever and wheresoever situated with all erections there on and appurtenances thereto with all my personal property as follows.
That is to say to my wife Sarah Snelgrove during her natural life as long as she is my widow I bequeath the whole of my worldly possessions and after her decease to which ever of my children remains in Island Cove residing there if more than one each one residing at Island Cove shall share and share alike. Should none of my children live at Island Cove then the whole property may be sold and the proceeds of the whole be equally divided among all my children living at the time where ever they may be situated. And I appoint S. Pearl Snelgrove to be Executrix to this my last will and testament.

Signed in our presence and in his presence and in the presence of each other and at the same time we subscribe our names as witnesses.
