George Charles Snow.

This is the last will and testament of me George Charles Snow, of St. John's, in the Island of Newfoundland, Cabinet Maker.
I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and I appoint my son Joseph Henry Snow, the executor of this my last will and testament.
First. I give, devise and bequeath all my property of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate unto my said executor to hold the same in trust for my wife Lucy Jane during her natural life or until she marries again. On the death or marriage of my said wife I give, devise and bequeath all my said property unto my said son Joseph Henry Snow for his sole use and benefit absolutely and forever.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand this twenty-seventh day of August A.D. 1920.

Signed by the testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence and in presence of each other, have hereunto our names as witnesses. The same having been first read over and explained to the said Testator who appeared perfectly to understand the same and who made his mark thereto in our presence.
