Will of John Sparkes from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 225 probate year 1888 Last will and Testament of John St. John's December 15th 1888 It is my John Sparkes wish before leaving home to go on a forran voig today to make a statement in favour of my wife that is to say should any thing hapen to me my wife Charlot Sparkes is to have all my worldly posesion money and property to despose of in anny way she may think best for her suport and maintainance so long as she remains in my name but after her death or marrige what ever of money or property may be left is to go to my father James Sparkes. - John Sparkes - Eli Tuck Edwin H.
