In re DECEASED.
MARY SPARKES.
I, Mary Sparkes of St. John's in the island of Newfoundland widow hereby revoke
all former wills, codicils and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by
me and declare this to be my last will and testament.
1. I appoint my daughter Gertrude Sparkes of St. John's aforesaid spinster
to be the executrix of this my last will.
2. I give devise and bequeath to my said daughter Gertrude Sparkes all my property
estate and effects of what kind soever and wheresoever situate of or to which
I may die possessed or entitled for her sole use and benefit absolutely.
This 10th day of October 1928.
MARY SPARKES.
Signed published and declared by the above named testatrix as and for her last
will and testament in our presence who in her presence and at her request all
three being present at the same time hereto subscribed our names as witnesses
this tenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and twenty eight.
