Will of David Starks The last Will of David Starks late This is the last will and testament of me David Starks, of Nippers Harbor, Notre Dame Bay Newfoundland. I give unto my dear wife all my money. My dwelling house and household furniture I give and bequeath to my son James Albert. I give devise and bequeath all my lands, gardens, stores, waterside property and structures thereon, with all my boats, nets and ropes, to my sons John, and James Albert for their own use and benefit to be equally divided between them. And I appoint my son Eli Starks executor of this my will, whereunto I subscribe my name this thirtieth day of April one thousand eight hundred & ninety eight. David his x mark Starks - Signed by the said David Starks, the testator in the joint presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. Arthur Pittman (Clerk in Holy Orders) S. J. Blackler (accountant) I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the will of David Starks D. M.
