      Priscilla Seeley          deceased.

      The last will and Testament of Priscilla Seeley of Channel Newfoundland I Priscilla Seeley of Channel Newfoundland in the District of Burgeo and La Poile, being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say
1. I give devise and bequeath to my son Maxwell H.W. Seeley all monies lying to my Credit in the Bank of Nova Scotia (with interest thereon said money to be at his disposal for necessary purposes.
2. I hereby appoint P. T. Clement Esq and Rev. H. J. Read, executors of this my last will and Testament. - signed Priscilla her x mark Seeley     Signed by the said Priscilla Seeley in the presence of us, present at the same time, who in her presence and in the presence of each other attest and subscribe our names as witnesses hereto this Thirty first day of January one thousand nine hundred and eight. Witnesses Lillian A Read Florence A Clement.
