I give devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form First I give and bequeath to Ann my dearly beloved wife all my worldly goods for her natural lifetime and after her death to become the property of my two sons John and Alfred Stevens to be equally divided between them and should Henry Stephens ever return he is to have a place to build a house, and should any money be left after the death of my wife Ann Stephens it is equally to be divided between my four daughters viz Emily, Mary Ann,, Jane & Sarah Stephens. And I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke and disannul all and every other former testaments, wills, legacies, bequests and executors by me in any ways before named, willed and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this day and year above written. (Sgd) Thomas Stephens.
