Last will and Testament of
Catharine Stephenson of St. John’s
widow deceased

      This is the last will and Testament of me Catherine Stephenson of St. John’s widow. I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary Ellen Furlong of St. John’s wife of James A. Furlong all the lands tenements, property, chattels and effects of what nature or kind soever of which I may die possessed or entitled to: Also to my said daughter Mary Ellen Furlong I give and bequeath all the money of which I die possessed or entitled to: All the said bequests to be for her sole and absolute use. And I appoint the said Mary Ellen Furlong the Executrix of this my last will and Testament. Dated at St. John’s this first day of August A.D. one thousand eight hundred and ninety three. Signed by the said Testatrix as and for her last will and Testament in our presence who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto our hands subscribed and set the day and year before written.
