In re
      SELINA STICKLAND.       DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Selina Stickland of Channel in the Electoral District of Burgeo and LaPoile, in the Island of Newfoundland.

I give devise and bequeath all my real estate of every description unto Guthrie Gilbert Stickland absolutely. My clothing is to be divide equally between Gertrude Jane Taylor and Anne Glady Stickland. And I appoint Albert Beer, Shopkeeper at Channel sole executor of this my will and revoke all previous Wills by me at anytime heretofore made, and declare this writing to be my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I hereunto set my signature this tenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty six.

Signed by the said Selina Stickland, the Testator, in the presence of us, who in her presence and in the presence of each other at the same time subscribe our names as witnesses.
