IN RE DECEASED.
Ellen St. John
This is the Last Will and Testament of me Ellen St. John of Southside, St. John's Newfoundland, Spinster.
I appoint Mr. Thomas Horan of St. John's Gardener to be the executor of this my will.
I bequeath all my property of every description as follows.
(1) Two sevenths to my niece Nellie Horan, wife of Thomas Horan of St. John's aforesaid.
(2) Two sevenths to my niece Annie Murphy, wife of William Murphy of St. John's aforesaid.
(3) one seventh to my niece Agnes Morey, wife of Fred Morey of St. John's aforesaid.
(4) one seventh to my niece, Mary McChesney, wife of Stewert McChesney of Sydney, Nova Scotia.
(5) one seventh to my nephew James Grant of St. John's, steward.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name to this my will the fourth day of August 1930.

Signed and declared by the above named Ellen St. John as and for his last will in our presence both being present at the same time who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
