IN RE.                         DECEASED

John J. St. John.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me John J. St. John, of St. John's in the island of Newfoundland, merchant. First. I order and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and Death Duties be first paid in full. Second: I give devise and bequeath all my property of whatever description and wheresoever situate to my wife Margaret St. John absolutely. Third I Appoint my said wife Margaret St. John to be the sole Executrix of this my will.
In Witness Whereof I, the said John J. St. John have hereunto subscribed my hand at St John's aforesaid this SecondM.G. J.J.St.John L.E.E. twenty eighth day of May Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us both being present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
