Last Will and Testament of
Mary Stoneman of Trinity
Widow deceased.
This is the last will and Testament of me Mary
Stoneman of Trinity widow of George F. Stoneman.
First I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to
be my last will and Testament.
Second I hereby give devise and bequeath to
my daughter Tryphena Stoneman now wife of Samuel Hussey all my land, dwelling
house, monies and all other goods chattels and effects of every description
of which I shall die possessed to hold the same to my said daughter Tryphena
Hussey for her sole separate and absolute use for ever.
Third I hereby
appoint my said daughter Tryphena Hussey sole executrix of this my will. Witness
my hand at Trinity this Twenty seventh day of May A.D. one thousand eight hundred
and ninety five. (Sgd) Mary Stoneman.
Signed published and
declared by the said Testatrix as and for her last will and Testament in the
presence of us, who in her presence and in the presence of each other have
hereunto set our names as witnesses (Sgd) E. Doyle. (Sgd) Robert
White
I certify the foregoing to be a correct
copy of the last will and Testament of Mary Stoneman deceased
