Realizing the uncertainty of life, I Benjamin K. Street of Epworth Newfoundland being of sound mind and Memory do make this my last will & testament this day of September the fifth in the year of Our Lord nineteen hundred & thirty one as follows.
I give devise & bequeath to my beloved wife Susannah the estate on which she now resides at Epworth with all property real and personal movable & immovable together with all live stock and Insurance & Bank monies & Banknotes to be hers absolutely as long as she remains a widow, upon her second marriage I direct that all property and monies go to my five sons to be theirs & heirs forever.
I also give devise & bequeath to my five daughters the sum of two hundred dollars each to be paid them by my executors.
I hereby appoint my beloved wife and son Earl Street to be executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me made. It is also my desire that my said wife shall not be required to give any bonds or securities to the judge of Probate for faithful duties performed.
In witness whereof I have put my hand signature the fifth day of Sept nineteen thirty one at Epworth Newfoundland.

We the undersigned hereby certify that the testator Benjamin K Street signed the foregoing instrument in our presence and in the presence of each other and that he stated at the same time in our presence and hearing and in the presence of each of us that the foregoing instrument was his last will and testament and we at his request in his presence and in the presence of each of us sign our names as attesting witnesses this fifth day of September nineteen hundred and thirty one.
Witnesses (Rev) James A. Burden          Frederick Moulton.
I further give devise and bequeath to my five sons the sum of Four hundred dollars each to be paid by my executors.
In witness whereof I have put my hand & signature the thirty first day of October nineteen hundred and thirty one at Epworth Newfoundland.
