Last will and testament
of Thomas Sullivan
of Petty Harbor Road Farmer Deceased.

In the name of God Amen.

This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Sullivan of the Old Petty Harbor Road, farmer. All my lands, goods chattels and effects I will and bequeath to my wife Mary to be held by her during her life time and after her decease then to my son William whom I appoint as executor hereof St. John's 23^rd June 1875 Thomas his x mark Sullivan witness Anastatia Murphy J. I. Little.
As a codicil to the foregoing I will and desire that in the event of the death of my said son in the lifetime of my said wife the said lands chattels and effects may be willed and bequeathed by her as she may think fit and proper. Thomas his x mark Sullivan witness Anastasia Murphy J. I. Little.     I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and testament of Thomas Sullivan Deceased.
