In re
      PATRICK SUMMERS.     DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Patrick J. Summers of St. John’s Newfoundland.

I hereby revoke all Wills and testaments made by me at any time whatsoever.

I appoint my wife Martha Summers to be my Executrix.

I will, bequeath and devise all my property to my wife, Martha Summers.

Dated at St. John’s this 8th day of August 1914.

PATRICK SUMMERS.

Signed by the Testator and admitted by him to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence and in presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
