Will of Anne Sutton from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 209 probate year 1928 In re This is the last will and testament of me Anne Sutton, of St. John's in the island of Newfoundland, Widow, I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and I appoint my daughter Annie Vinicombe the Executrix of this my will. I give and bequeath to my said daughter Annie for her own use absolutely all the property of whatsoever kind I may die possessed. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this thirtieth day of July A.D. 1927.
Signed, Published and declared by the Testatrix as and for her last will and
testament in presence of us both being present at the same time who at her
request and in her presence have hereunto subscribed our hands as witnesses
attesting the due Execution hereof, the same having been first read over and
explained to the testatrix who appeared perfectly to understand the same and
who signed the same by making her mark thereto in our presence. CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
