Thomas Wall of Witless Bay S. D.
Fisherman deceased

      In the name of God Amen I Thomas Wall of Witless Bay Fisherman, been of good sound memory and understanding do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following.
First I bequeath my soul to Almighty God my body the earth to the rottenness and worms.
Second. I bequeath to my son Michael half the property I possess in Witless Bay
Third. To my wife and daughter Agnes I bequeath the other half of my property. Signed this eight day of December one thousand eight hundred and ninety two being first read for the testator. (Sgd) Thomas his X mark Wall Witnesses present (sgd) John Williams. (Sgd) Thomas Lee
