Will of Agnes M. Walsh In re This is the last Will of me Agnes M. Walsh of St. John’s Newfoundland Married Woman and I revoke all former wills by me made. I appoint my son John J. Walsh (hereinafter called my trustee) executor and trustee of this my will. I give devise and bequeath
all I shall die possessed of and /or entitled to to my trustee one
half for himself absolutely and the other half upon trust for my daughter
Mary C. to pay or transfer from time to time such
part or parts of the Corpus thereof as in his discretion he deems
conducive to her maintenance and benefit and the net income derived
from said last named one half or derived from the balance of it in
his trust to pay to my said daughter annually until she attains twenty
one years of age at which time the Corpus of the said last named
half, reduced as aforesaid, or otherwise then in his trust shall
be paid or transferred to her for her absolute use and benefit. In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will at St. John’s aforesaid this 7th day of March 1925. AGNES M. WALSH. Signed by the Testatrix Agnes M. Walsh as and for her last Will in our presence who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. Jas. J. McGrath.
