Patrick J. Walsh

This is the last will and testament of me, Patrick J. Walsh of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Printer, made by me on this the eighteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty one.
I leave my house & land number 192 Gower Street to my niece Julia Monica Mansfield to be hers absolutely. I also leave her the sum of one thousand dollars.
I leave my sister Frances Mansfield five hundred dollars.
I leave my sister Mary Cantwell five hundred dollars.
I leave my two nieces Margaret and Frances Walsh the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars each.
I leave my niece Mary Walsh the sum of two hundred & fifty dollars.
I leave my godchild, Jean Cantwell, daughter of John Cantwell the sum of one hundred dollars.
I leave the residue of my estate after payment of all claims and expenses to my sisters, Frances Mansfield and Mary Cantwell and my niece Julia Monica Mansfield to be divided equally between them and I appoint my niece Julia Monica Mansfield executrix of this my will.
