Will of Thomas Williams Last will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament
of me Thomas Williams of the Goulds Petty Harbor Farmer hereby revoking
all other and former wills by me at any time made I desire that my just
debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall be first paid by my Executor
hereinafter named I give devise and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth all
the farm land and the dwelling house and outhouses at present occupied
by me also all my moneys furniture live stock chattels and other effects
of which I shall die possessed during her life and after the decease
of my said wife Elizabeth I give devise and bequeath the said farm land
dwelling house outhouses furniture and live stock which may be left chattels
and other effects to William Mogridge son of Aaron
Mogridge on the express
condition that he the said William Mogridge shall during the life of
my said wife Elizabeth work and cultivate my farm land and care and look
after my said live stock free of charge and also do whatever is necessary
for the comfort support and maintenance of my said wife Elizabeth. I
will and desire that the said William Mogridge shall live with my said
wife Elizabeth. I appoint William B. Ireland of the Goulds cabinet maker
Executor of this my will. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Thomas Williams deceased D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
