Will of Clara Isabella Winsor from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 546 probate year 1932

IN RE                    DECEASED.
Clara Isabella Winsor

This is the last will and testament of me Clara Isabella Winsor of St. John's, Widow. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will. I appoint my friend William N. Gray and Charles E. Hunt, executors of this my will.
I bequeath to my sister Florence Morey my dwelling house at 27 Victoria Street, St. John's for her own use and benefit during her lifetime.
Upon her death my executors are to sell the said house and to pay the said proceeds thereof to Queens College for the foundation of a Studentship in memory of my late husband, John James Winsor. The Queens College referred to is the Queens College now situate on Forest Road St. John's.
I bequeath to my said sister, Florence Morey, my household furniture and my Newfoundland Government Bonds of the par value of fifteen hundred dollars.
I bequeath to the Church of England Orphanage, St. John's, my land on Gower St occupied by the estate of William Power deceased.
The remainder of my estate after payment thereout of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses shall be divided equally between my surviving sisters-in-law and Sarah J. Winsor; widow of Henry C. Winsor, that is to say to each of my sister-in-law so surviving me and the said Sarah J. Winsor an equal part or share.
-In witness whereof I have subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this twentieth day of June A.D. 1925
