I Herbert Harry Young of Glamorgan ???y Neath in the County of Glamorgan Mining Engineer declare this to be my last will and testament. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever situate and of which I shall at my decease have power to dispose of by will unto and to the use of my dear wife Emma her heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature thereof respectively absolutely and I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will.
IN WITNESS whereof I the said Herbert Harry Young the testator have to this my last will and testament set my hand this fourteenth day of February one thousand eight hundred and seventy eight.
