I am researching the surname French from the Coley Point, Bareneed, Port de Grave area Am looking for the parents of Benjamin French (born in the 1830's) He was married to Ann Stevens from Bareneed on Dec 5, 1863

Hi Benjamin French was born Dec 12 1838, place not given, and baptized Jan 5 1840, son of Nathaniel French & Mary Sparkes. This baptism is to be found in the Bareneed Anglican parish records, Box 1, at the Provincial Archives. Siblings included Mary bap Oct 31 1830 at Bareneed and Rebecca bap Jan 15 1837 Bareneed. He resided New Westminister BC in the 1901 Census.
From Port de Grave Anglican parish records, Box 1, at the Provincial Archives Nov 7 1828 Nathaniel FRENCH of Bareneed & Mary SPARKS of Bay Roberts At Bearneed (sic) by Charles Blackman, Clergyman in Holy Orders WIT: Anne X Beauchamp, William Bartlett. Page 2.
