Wondering if anyone knows where in Newfoundland I can find the surname Ongo. I am looking for a Michael born about 1870 and came to Cape Breton in 1910 who married a Margaret Henwood

I think Michael Ongo may be the "Michael Angot" who married Sarah Hickey at Harbour Breton, Fortune Bay in 1893. His father may have been Joseph Angot and Millie Walsh. The 1872 census of St. Pierre lists a "Pierre Angot" widower, aged 58 years, a native of France (perhaps this is his grandfather).

Since I posted I did find Michael Ongo\Augot and his third marriage in Cape Breton where he says his father was Julien. Michael and his brother Emmanuel are both Ongo in CB. Did find the Margaret Henwood's death as Mrs. Mike Ongo, at age 19. She seems to be the second wife and died several months after the birth of their daughter in 1916. Then Michael married again in 1920.
Thank you for your reply.
