| Post subject: | Campbell Creek Cemetery look-up Please |
I am looking for the cemetery or gravestone for Jean Elisgaray LaCosta (b.1830) and his wife Adele Couenne LaCosta. Their son Thaddeus was buried at Campbell Creek in 1935, and his parents may be buried there too, but I can't find a way to find out. Any help will be appreciated. Bonnie |

Hi Bonnie, On this website you can find the transcript for the Campbells Creek Cemetery here: http://ngb.chebucto.org/Cemetery/cem-ca ... -stg.shtml You can also see listings for LaCosta on this site in the Stonepics Index here: http://ngb.chebucto.org/Stonepics/stonepics-kl.shtml You will note that the Stonepics listing refers to "LACOSTA, Thaddeus (1938) & Angelina & others" which may mean his parents are listed on the stone. Though unlikely. It is more likely that his parents graves are not marked. You might want to check with the local cemetery committee to see if they have burial records to help. Hope that helps.
